EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR MANAGERS



Course Aims:
A practical, interactive workshop which will examine the key principles of communication, help delegate identify their own
communication style and develop techniques to improve communication with others. The course will also cover other important elements of
communications in management including, motivation, goal setting, delegating and listening skills.



Objectives: Delegates learn how to:  

Listen more effectively
Use excellent communication to become more effective managers
Understand the position and needs of other people, particularly those with whom they work closely, including staff and clients
Create effective strategies for success
Achieve personal excellence in communication

This course is divided into four modules, each building on the other and each containing exercises, group work and
opportunities for self-analysis.

Formal Evaluation:
