NEGOTIATING SKILLS


This highly practical workshop will help you become a more effective negotiator.  The program will cover the key skills for
effective negotiation:

The workshop is interactive and interspersed with practical exercises, role play scenarios and a fun team negotiating
exercise.  At the end of the course you should be fully prepared to tackle your next negotiation!

You should be prepared to discuss past or forthcoming negotiations and these may be used in class exercises.

The workshop can be run as a
full or half-day depending on the needs and interests of the group.
