Using a global team of world-class training professionals, we offer training
services in business development and sales, media skills, marketing and
public relations, management and leadership, communications and public
speaking, social, networking and interpersonal skills. See Training

We also specialise in training workshops for high school students and
have developed an exclusive programme for the Girls' Day School Trust
known as CareerStart. This initiative comprises a portfolio of 14
workshops aimed at delivering transferable work and life skills to 6th form
pupils. The topics range from negotiating skills to financial skills and
management and leadership
We operate primarily in the United States and Europe and have offices in
Sarasota, Florida and Sussex, England.

The founders Susan Croft and Alan Stephenson head the firm.
Susan Croft
Susan is a specialist in public relations and corporate reputation
management. She has consulted for a wide variety of organizations in
both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
As an independent trainer she specializes in sales, communications,
marketing and interpersonal skills. A former journalist Susan also works
with individuals and organizations in developing effective media skills to
better enable them to communicate in today’s “sound bite” society.
Alan Stephenson
Alan was previously a senior operations and quality executive with
manufacturing companies in the UK and USA.
A specialist in operational effectiveness and change management, he has
co-authored several international conference presentations.
His work focuses on high speed operational improvement, organizational
change, and high performance work system development.
