This brand new apartment (completed Summer 2003) is situated on one of Spain’s loveliest coastlines, just 10 minutes
drive from the town and marina of Estepona, 15 minutes from Puerto Banus, and 25 minutes from Marbella.
The apartment, which is fully air conditioned, is close to the renowned Flamencos Golf Club and overlooks the Club’s
new 18—hole course (just now being completed). Atop a hill, the apartment commands magnificent views of golf, sea
and mountains. It is located in a quiet residential area and is a 2-minute drive from a large supermarket.
Comprising two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, the apartment is luxuriously furnished in light wood,
complemented with seaside colours of blue, yellow and green. When you walk in, you’ll think you are in the ‘show
apartment’.
The master bedroom has an American queen-size bed, with a sliding patio door leading onto the balcony. The second
bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Both bathrooms are spacious and finished in marble. There is also marble flooring throughout the apartment.
The huge balcony is furnished with comfortable patio furniture to accommodate al fresco dining and comfortable
sunbathing.
The lounge is large and bright with TV, CD player and VCR. The kitchen is brand new, fully fitted with hob, cooker,
fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron, separate washer and dryer, dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools
in the kitchen and plenty of cupboard space. The furniture has been custom-made in the United States to fit the style
and ambience of the apartment.
The area in which the apartment is located is known as Bel Air and there are many excellent restaurants within 5-10
minutes drive. It is a 5-minute drive from the local beach that also boasts a 4-star hotel with beach bar, gym, pool and
restaurant. There is a tennis club (pay as you go) within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment, in fact you can
see the club from the balcony.
The apartment has private and secure underground parking and is approximately 1 hour’s drive from Malaga airport,
and about 50 minutes from Gibraltar airport. .
